We want you to love your DuoBoots, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer a straightforward 28-day return policy for all unworn footwear. Whether you need a different calf width or a full refund, our team is here to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Boots

  Place the boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
